Edge Work Drill #2

Jump into another edge work drill to get you brain and coordination working to the max! This is a ground dwelling drill and is juicy on the hip flexors, so come mentally prepared! We'll start with a single leg twizzle into ankle flex to point, followed by double leg twizzle at the end of the tutorial. These are some of my favourite yet simple ankle swirls, I hope you love them as much as I do!
