Pop into Handstand > Brass Hook > Sneaky V FLip

Have fun with this acro combo on static! You’ll be working your weight shift in handstand by falling into a brass hook before either doing a sneaky V or sneaky V flip to exit! I know that sounds a little scary, but give it a go and yell out if you need any assistance.

As always, pop out the mat if you need it, and train safe!
