Express Core Conditioning #2

I'm back with another core conditioning class! And you'd best believe it's going to make you work hard and get strong! You don't need a pole for this class, just a yoga mat and a 1-3kg weight if you have it. It's no biggie if you don't have a weight, you'll still be working hard!
