Pixie Twister Combo
Add some endurance to you pole life with this inters - adv level combo. It includes static rotation and dynamics, and will have you working htrough the following sequence:
Pantera > back hook > invert > outside leg hang split > reverse demi angel > pull up > pixie twister > ball > shoulder mount exit.
