Thoracic Opener Session
Let's work your thoracic mobility with this nourishing session for your spine! You'll be moving through extensions and rotations to free up your mid back and have you feeling a million bucks!
This class is for all levels and is an excellent session to get you moving before your pole training, to do after a long day at work, or just any old time that you want to feel alive!
This class included the use of a theraband, wall space, a yoga roller and yoga blocks. You can always find alternative tools though. Enjoy, and let me know how you go!
