Express Core Conditioning

Jump into this express core conditioning class and get strong! This class does not invove a pole, but it will make you STRONG which will transfer to your pole tricks. All you need for this class is a yoga mat, light weights of 1-3kg (optional) and a heavier weight of 3-8kg's (optional).
