Shoulder Prep and Prehab

Prep and strenghthen your shoudlers with this session that you can do prior to your pole training sesh, or just as a general shoulder conditioning class.

In this class we use a light weight of 1-2kg (which can be substitute with a full drink bottle), a heavier weight of 3-8kg (which could be substituted with a bag filled with items to achieve the desired weight), and therabands.
