Flexibility - Front Splits #3
Join Mischka in a roughly 30min standing splits session. This class can always be extended out if you wish to perform more reps of the splits and standing splits drills as mentioned in the class, but even if you stick to the 30min option you will be working all the right muscles! This class is an excellent session if you want to improve you flex in a jallegra, allegra, BoP or similar moves.
