Flexibility - Middles & Pancakes #2

Let's work our middles and pancakes range with this follow along class. This one is just under 45min and has you working hard to prepare and strengthen your muscles for the load of middle splits and pancakes.

This class uses 2 yoga blocks, a theraband, a dowell or broomstick and the high back of a chair. If you don't have all or any of these props, you will still get challenging workout, so don't stress!
