Flexibility - Front Splits

Time to work those front splits in this express 45min splits class. It may be short, but it is full of strengthening exercises to make you strong for your front splits, followed by passive stretches to test your range. This class is suitable for all, and requires yoga blocks and a theraband, but it's not a deal breaker if you don't have them.
