Flexibility Class - Backs, Shoulders & Bridges
Ready for a good strengthening and lengthening session? This class will take you through chest and hip opening drills and stretches to have you feeling open and ready to perform basic entry back bridges. If ending in back bridges isn't your goal, you'll still love the prep work involved in this class.
I've kept this as express as possible at 45min, so we go hard and stay warm for the entire session, but you can add extra back bridges at the end of the session if you want to.
This is a follow along tutorial, and equipment required will be yoga blocks, dowel or broom stick or tight theraband, mat, and some wall space. Don't forget to share your wins in our Facebook community or by tagging @mischkapoledancer on Instagram!
