Flexibility - Front Splits #2

Join Mischka for another juicy front splits session! As always, you will be working your way through strengthening exercises to prep your body for splits before making your way into deeper stretches.

For this sessions you will need a theraband (not absolutely essential), a couple of yoga blocks and a chair or couch.
